Family-Owned for More Than a Century.  More than a century of sustainable farm family tradition has instilled in us a strong work ethic, true family values, and a passion for farming; our foundation for providing pure, wholesome dairy products and on-farm activities for you.

As a 5th generation family farm, we have exceptional experience in producing some of New Jersey’s highest quality raw milk from generations of cow families we have cared for. As an award-winning Dairy of Distinction, we continue to pave the way for “greener” dairy farm practices, including our renewable solar energy system, soil conservation methods, and nutrient recycling plans to ensure we are producing a sustainable product.

BOBOLINK DAIRY & BAKEHOUSE: 369 Stamets Road, Milford, NJ

Nina & Jonathan White founded Bobolink Dairy & Bakehouse together in 2002,  guided by their conviction that the best foods are produced  using sustainable, humane, and ethical methods.

The cheeses of Bobolink are the product of the sunlight and rain that fall upon their 185 acres of preserved farmland. The original types of 100% grass-fed raw cows' milk cheeses are seasonally variable.  They are cheeses which capture the moment, a terroir of time as well as place.

Bobolink's bakehouse uses organic grains that are predominantly grown and milled in the Northeast.  These heritage grains are better suited to organic methods, and are remarkable for their full flavor and nutrition rather than for high productivity or industrial compatibility.

Nina & Jonathan also raise their male cattle for 100% grass-fed mature beef.  In addition, whey-fed pork is produced on the farm, fed by the whey from Bobolink's cheese production, bakery waste, and the White family table scraps.  By proving that  fine food can be raised on sunlight and rain, without producing waste, the couple has developed  a model for a balanced, multifaceted farm business that can  sustain future generations, throughout the world.

PHILLIPS FARM:  91 Crab Apple Hill Road, Milford, NJ

Established in the mid-1800s, Phillips Farms began as a typical small farm in the country. We raised a little of everything. As times changed we focused on some things over the others.

In 1995, when I took over the family farm, we planted the 150 acres of land and greenhouses with everything from garden flowers to carrots and brussel sprouts to strawberries and peaches. Today the farm has grown to over 200 acres and we feed thousands of families by bringing our farm-fresh food to them the traditional way: at our farm stand and at local farmer's markets.
